BBGT’s On Winter Break, Part 2!

Happy holidays, everybody! This is the long one – the Bad Books, Good Times team is going to be taking about a month off from our regular schedule, until January 21st. After the holidays, Ariel has some commitments through the bulk of January. I might pop in with a surprise extra post to keep ACO-SLOG moving along if I miss my good good friends Feyre, Rhysand, and interchangeable super-solider BFF 1 of 4.

In the meantime, for those of you in the holiday spirit and the BBGT spirit, we have some suggestions! Do you remember earlier this year when we wrapped up the twelve-book Calendar Girl series, which prominently featured Christmas fetishwear? You might want to revisit that!

Additionally, did you know that we recorded a Rudolph holiday special way back when we were total babies? (Who signed our permission slip to start a comedy blog about Fifty Shades of Grey?) We were talking about this video the other day and I had completely forgotten 1) that we did it, and 2) how young we were when we started Bad Books, Good Times. For some reason a bunch of people are subscribed to our YouTube channel that we never update… maybe we should revisit video at some point? Enjoy this throwback to our early days! I’m really hoping the video holds up better than my haircut did!

We want to take a moment to thank all of you for reading our blog. Ariel and I are constantly talking about how we have the best fans, and we’re so grateful for everyone for reading our work, for supporting us, and for the great comments we get. It means the world to us, and we can’t wait to see you all in the new year!

HOW DID I NEVER KNOW ABOUT THE RUDOLPH VIDEO?!?! It’s glorious.

And I know you guys have been taking a few breaks throughout the recapping of it, so that’s obviously been extending it a great deal, but I feel like ACOWOR (is the right?) has been going on for eternity! God knows how can a book be so long and have so little actually happen in it.

ugh, it really has been going on for forever. I want this book to be done already. I think we all would enjoy a change of pace.
